A child's best of mind sometimes comes to the forefront through leisure
activities and sports. Children perform better in an inspiring environment. The
school provides strategically planned, multiple-intelligence based and age-
appropriate activities through experiential learning for all-round development
of every child. To provide a comprehensive framework for a child's
development, we lay stress on six major aspects of co-curricular learning, i.e,
personal, social and emotional development, communication, languages and
literacy, problem solving, reasoning and numeracy, physical development,
creative development, and knowledge of understanding of the world.
Music nourishes the soul as well as the mind by uplifting the spirit to a blissful
state of consciousness.
At St. Xavier’s, we ensure the emotional and spiritual growth of the child. To
ensure this, we involve the students in a myriad of activities. Students
participate in and celebrate all festivals in the school. Development of co-
scholastic aspects of the personality such as life skills, attitudes and values,
participation and achievement in co-curricular activities as well as health and
physical education are the essential needs of the day.
